The freeze dried products do become fragile after the freeze-drying process, so imperfections and breakages of the packaged product are to be expected, particularly during transit.

Our products are packed with care, and as padded as possible, to minimise damage during transit.

Freeze drying is a timely process per batch, such that delays are to be expected for production and shipping.
